We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate (booking, payments, email, website, and marketing partners such as Goldstep Marketing Agency), with professional advisors, or when required by law. Treatments are provided after consultation. Results vary by skin, hair, medical history, and aftercare. We may decline or postpone a service if it is not clinically appropriate. You must disclose relevant health information, medications, and previous procedures honestly.
Appointments may require a deposit. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled. No-shows and late cancellations may forfeit deposits or incur a fee as explained at booking.
Fees are due as stated at the time of booking. Packages, series, and promotional pricing are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing, and unused sessions may expire according to the package terms given to you.
You are responsible for following aftercare instructions. Clinical photos or scans may be taken for your chart. Marketing photos are used only with your separate written consent.
